Thredbo is the ideal location for music festivals and events. Set in a picture perfect background of green valleys, mountain streams and nothing but the sweet sounds of Jazz & Funk music floating through the air. In its 24th year running the Jazz festival is a great opportunity to see Thredbo in the summer time and explore the high country. if you've never seen the top of Australia then this is a weekend to take an easy stroll along the guided path to the summit of Kosciuszko. Packages can include a return chairlift ride and you might like to stop in at Eagles Nest restaurant for a refreshment and enjoy the views over the valley in right into Victoria. A photo opportunity not to be missed as you stand at the top of Australia, you can always relax and unwind with a drink at the bottom enjoying some great sounds to while the afternoon away.

To celebrate the 25th year of the Thredbo Jazz festival we are going to honour the occasion with music through the "decades of Jazz"

The ballroom at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel will be transformed into a silvery wintery wonderland as guests enjoy a Yalumba wine reception followed by a Two Course Dinner, Petit Fours and tea & coffee

Come enjoy the night which will be hosted by James Valentine, sponsored by Yalumba Wine with our headline acts performing throughout
