Schnapps apartments are stylishly decorated accommodation that is conveniently located within 200 meters of the Village Chairlift in Hotham Heights. Almost all apartments afford majestic views out over the Swindlers Valley  ski area, across to the advanced terrain and all the way down towards Omeo.

White Crystal Apartments - White Crystal apartments are centrally located in the Hotham Central building opposite the day car park. These luxurious fully self contained apartments offer views over Swindlers Valley ski area or the Summit / Great Alpine Road.

Dinner Plain is a fairytale alpine village located just 10 km along the Great Alpine Road on the Omeo side of Hotham and 10 km from the Hotham Airport. The village has over 200 beautiful alpine chalets and apartments set amongst the snow gums and features its' own ski run. Dinner Plain truly is a 'Winter Wonderland' being at an elevation of over 1500 meters above sea level.

Ultima Apartments - Ultima luxury apartments are located on the Great Alpine Road and are positioned to take advantage of some of the most spectacular views in Hotham from its private balcony. The ultimate place for après-ski luxury and just a short walk from the slopes.

Moritz apartments - Built in 2006, the Moritz apartment complex is one of the newest cornerstones of opulent extravagance at Hotham. This luxury apartment building is located in the Davenport  area and is only a short ride on the free village shuttle bus to many restaurants, shops and cafes or the village centre.

Sun Apartments are two storey fully self contained apartments located in the Davenport Village  area of the resort. These apartments are 1.8kms from the Hotham village centre and just 350 meters walk, or two Village Bus stops, from the Big D Children’s Snowsports Centre and Daycare Centre.

Sambuca apartments are well appointed and decorated with modern furnishings. Quality features and modern stainless steel appliances are standard throughout. These apartments are conveniently located next to the Village Chair lift right in the centre of the village.

Absollut apartments are some of the most modern and luxurious accommodation on Hotham. Conveniently located within 100 meters of the Village Chairlift and 150 meters from the Hotham village centre, all the necessary facilities are close at hand.

This accommodation complex has a unique ground floor foyer which contains a ski locker and drying cupboard for each apartment. For ease and convenience a high speed lift from the ground floor will take you straight up to your apartment. There is access to the main ski area for intermediate to advanced skiers via Frosty Drop directly across the road (snow/weather permitting). Access to the main lift is via the free village shuttle bus which stops directly outside of Jack Frost and will take you to the village centre.
