2012 Jindabyne Flowing Festival

18th & 19th February 2012

Jindabyne Flowing Festival takes place on the scenic Banjo Paterson Park overlooking Lake Jindabyne and Tyrolean Village. Highlights of the event include the Dragon Boat Challenge, Market Stalls and Carnival Rides. Sunday’s program also features the Renewable Energy and Climate Change Expo and huge Market Day and amusement rides.

Dragon Boat Racing

Dragon boat teams consist of up to 20 team members with a drummer to keep the beat and a steerer at the rear to keep course of the boat. Dragon boat racing is an action packed sport encompassing team spirit and a great need for team work.
